My name is Adrienne, and first of all, let me say thank you for visiting my website! I am an Associate Broker at Santa Fe Properties, with a stewardship centered approach to real estate. I specialize as a rural listing broker, and also work with buyers and sellers on the residential side of things. I have lived in Santa Fe for over 20 years, and care deeply about the uniquely diverse cultures, people, wildlife and landscapes of this beautiful place. I feel so lucky to live here, every single day.
What is a stewardship centered approach to real estate?
In taking a stewardship-centered approach to real estate, I consider the impact of my actions and transactions, to ensure exceptional care for all parties involved or affected - buyer, sellers, tenants, etc - of the human and wild variety.
Fundamentally, real estate is an opportunity to practice stewardship of the earth. Each piece of property is a piece of land, and every transaction is a world unto itself, with myriad possibilities to have a positive and restorative impact on the people, community, wildlife, natural resources, and land.
As a steward to my clients, this means being the advocate, educator and guide that they need, in what can be one of the more stressful and significant transitions of their life - the sale or purchase of a piece of land or home. Gleaning from my background as a teacher, I am ever ready to answer questions about the jargon on a form before signing, or even prepare a handout to explain any confusing parts of the process.
Throughout all phases of real estate transactions, I aim to bring ease, transparency and support to clients on both the buying and selling side. It is imperative to me that all parties have a clear understanding of negotiations, contracts, and agreements.
